Hi [redacted] , We spoke yesterday about an [redacted] complaint (ID [redacted] ) and I stated that I would email you a statementPlease delete all names from the customer's statement and my statement is as following: "The customer who purchased the three dresses on *** misrepresented the information at handFirst off, our customer policy is that a customer must receive a refund authorization before returning an itemNot giving me enough time to respond, the customer sent back the item and sent it (in fact) back to the correct address but did not include the unit number/floorI would have been glad to provide a refund but the customer went forward to complain to [redacted] and insult our lineAt that time, I raised the issue to the [redacted] resolution center and I relied on the decision of [redacted] in regard to the case of returning money back to the buyer [redacted] ruled in my favorNevertheless, we want to create trust in the marketplace and agree to a full refund to the buyerAs long as the buyer pays back the return shipping and I receive the item, I will grant the buyer a full refund." [Your Answer Here] Here we go againIf the *** would have contacted me and told me even after I mailed the items back about the address change, I could have contacted *** and had them change the address on the packageWhich the *** never did contact with the situation at ANY time to correct any or all issuesThe dresses where sent to NY back to my area, then *** tried again to send them back to NY then back to me, in result of the dresses being in transit exactly a month! Within that month of the dresses being in transit, I hear nothing from the *** for a refund or to make a address change, so I'm not spending more money shippingThe ONLY reason they are responding is because I had to make a complaint with the Revdex.comHad I not put in a complaint with the Revdex.com, I still would have not heard anythingMe spending another shipping i'd be out almost a quarter of the purchaseHad the business contacted while it was still transit (a couple a of days ago), I could of easily changed the address and it wouldn't have cost me any more moneyThey know what they are doingLike I said it was in *** transit for a MONTH! So they had a month, and now I have to keep paying more to ship backAgain, they know what they are doingI'm sure they have been watching the transit of the packageI sent them a tracking number the day I shipped it which was over a month a ago.

Review: This seller sells on [redacted], that's how I found out about them. I made a purchase from them through [redacted], and on their listings on all three items (dresses) that I bought clearly stated they accepts returns if you are not happy with your purchase. So with that in mind I bought not one but 3 items (dresses) from them. I received my package and was immediately disappointed in the quality (as they state their dresses are "high end", and one of the dresses wasn't even the one I ordered. [redacted] link.Dress one [redacted]Dress two[redacted]Dress three (which wasn't the dress I even ordered)[redacted](Again, it clearly states on all three listings that they do accept returns.)I tried to contact them immediately, but was ignored. So I simply mailed all three dresses back to them the very next day. I put on the package the address that was on the package I received from them. I emailed them again and told them I was sending all three dresses back and would like my money refunded and gave the the [redacted] tracking number.Still ignored by them. I sent the package, and the address was undeliverable according to the [redacted].Here is that [redacted] tracking number so you can see for yourself. [redacted] Here is what the package had on it I received[redacted]Im guessing [redacted] is the [redacted]This company goes by several different names as well[redacted], and [redacted].On my [redacted] receipt it says seller [redacted] as the name, and the email address being [redacted] as well as on [redacted] they also have listed their sellers name being [redacted] & email address being [redacted]Desired Settlement: Full refund like they clearly state they give. This company is very shady, unprofessional, and needs to honor what they say. Giving undeliverable address and hiding behind several names says it all!
