Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I have, indeed, been availableI have made at least two appointments with MrB [redacted] to meet with me at my home and neither appointment was kept by MrB***Instead he showed up at other days when I was not at home and just left his card in my doorEven during the job, MrBrown would tell me he was coming on a particular day and time and then would not show and then show another day that had not been scheduledMore needs to be done than replacing tilesThe walls are not finished on the outside of the shower stall There are wavy areas and even a large crack at the bottom of the shower door outside the stall by the door, which, he even said he would have to redoMy son was present the one time he showed to see what my complaints were and he heard MrBrown admit that the shower stall needed a lot of work to fix it He is lying about the amount of money I have paid him in cash for his hired labor as well as materials I did cancel the final $check due to the horrible condition of the shower stall I have had different contractors look at the job and all have said it needs to be all ripped out and redoneThey said even the shower door was not installed correctly and that is the reason for the bottom area cracking

Revdex.com spoke with the business regarding this caseMrB*** said that he did this job after speaking with her sonThe customer paid for the materials only labor was $1,that this customer did not pay for because she cancelled that checkThe business is willing to address the tiles but the
customer has not been available to do soThe business states he was never paid $2,in cash but the customer and does not know where she would got that number fromThe shower head that was installed is the one that he was given and he was only responsible for the wiring for the fan and that has been doneThe business is still willing to address these concerns with this customer
