Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Can't possibly be a broken lease first of all and the lease agreement I signed is month to month I have a copy of that and I moved in june and moved out mid july with rent paid in full and I also gave notice in writting that I was moving out due to a rat infestation which is considered an unlivable and unhealthy environment and I have the copy of that notice as well also have photos of the rats and a witness who is the one who found the hole behind the stove the rats made and managed to get the photos of the rats for me just because traps where set out means absolutely nothing according to other reviews on this apartment complex this rat issue is on going in certain buildings and pest control did absolutely nothing but offer to remove traps so how is that everything possible being done to correct the situation

2017. The tenant reported that she had rat(s). We set some traps in the kitchen and each morning checked to see if anything was caught. For 4 days each morning we inspected and nothing was caught.Pest control was notified and inspected as well. Nothing was found. Tenant advised she was moving out. She had requested that all funds be returned to her. La Fiesta Apartments has done everything in its power to take care of a rat problem.
