Review: I moved from NY to FL on June *, 2015.

I was advised to call them by July [redacted] so that my stuff can be included in that shipment to FL. I did exactly that, I was told the gentlemen will call me to confirm a day and time for my shipment, she said it takes about 2 weeks to get sent to me. I called to follow up 2 weeks later and she states that "she forgot" to tell me but he had already left to FL when I called so I have to wait until he returns. I asked to speak to a manager, at that point and she gave me the run around, when I said I will call every hour then she states he is in Puerto Rico. I finally got a hold of the so called manager and had someone translate in Spanish for me. I explained that I am a single mother with 2 kids and that my children are sleeping on a floor due to the fact that their beds are in storage along with all of my other necessary belongings. I am spending money on necessities that I already have in those boxes. When I signed my contract with the moving company they specifically said it can take up to 2 weeks from the time I tell them to send it down. It is now August [redacted] and I still do not have my stuff. When I am explaining all of the above mentioned, he puts the phone down and says I am just going to put the phone down and let them finish so I don't have to hear it. I was infuriated. After a while of trying to show him the error that is contributed to his company and his unprofessionalism he stated he will see what he can do and supposedly ran it by Frank H[redacted], the President of the company. He stated the president does not talk to clients and that he does not care about our situation, the details of it, or the lack of customer service I am receiving, there is nothing he will do about it, and I will get my stuff some time this weekend. The lack of humanity and professionalism in this company is disturbing.Desired Settlement: Discount to the remainder owed.

Review: On 04/**/2015 we signed a contract with La Flor De Mayo because we were relocating to Florida. They packed the truck with our belongings and they informed us that our belongings would be delivered in 2 weeks. It is now 05/**/2015 and we still have not received our stuff. We have called numerous times and they keep assuring us that in a day or so. But nothing we don't know what else to do we have a lot things that are dear to us and a lot of personal items that are irreplaceable. We are currently sleeping on the floor and having to buy new clothes. This is so unfair since my husband and I are 2 senior citizens that are in a fixed income being that we are both retired. We paid them when we signed the contract please help us don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: We would love for them to deliver our belongings.
