La Fon Motel

We requested a non-smoking room and clerk working gave us Room #which is a smoking roomIt made my husband & I very sick due to my allergies to smoke and my husband's COPDI called the motel twice to complain on the phone but message said their voice mailbox was fullI also went to office in person and rang the doorbell three times with no answerWe finally ended up trying to sleep with the exterior door open to help get rid of the smellI also tried running the A/C with no help due to the A/C being filthy and needing cleanedI got sick and vomited five times in the next 1/daysMy husband also had to use his inhaler more times than due to the cigarette smoke smell making his COPD worseWe talked to numerous employees who said they can't give a refund or they would be firedWe also tried to talk to manger June but she was never availableWe want a refund of our money due to the horrible conditions of this moteThere are also multiple complaints on their website
