purchase had a total of $1,803.45 of which she left a deposit of $303.45 the remaining balance of the purchase was $1,500. Being a catalog dress that we don’t directly work with, guests are always informed that the dress would take from 4 to 6 months to get to our store. Mrs.[redacted] was aware of this and she herself agreed that it would be fine. We ordered the dress on August 30th 2016 at 6:46 P.M. That left us with exactly just enough time for the dress to arrive in the month of February. Every employee is well informed to keep in contact with our guests regarding the status of their dress. It is mandatory for our employees to keep a note of every time the calls are being sent out or received. We understand the stress Mrs.[redacted] must have been in, as we our selfs experienced the same amount of stress. We made an excent of calls to our provider so that the dress would arrive on time. On Friday February 17th 2017, Mrs.[redacted] was informed that [redacted] would be shipping the dress that same day. We were to expect it in our store the upcoming week, so we offered an appointment for Friday 24th of February.  Our guest suggested for us to give her a call as soon as the dress was in, but agreed that Friday would be fine. We then called the guest on Thursday to confirm the appointment for Friday, unfortunately there was no response, but a voicemail was provided. The guest then returned the call on Friday to cancel her dress/accesories and asked for a refund. I later reached out to our guest to provide a solution. Our guest has the opportunity to obtain her store credit as it has been suggested from the date of cancelation, or availability to take some of her accesories.   In the contract that Maribel made with LA GlitterDesigners it states that we don't work with refunds.We sincerly apologize for the poor service of our provider and we assure you this is not the norm for our establishment. Should you have any questions or need of additional information, please don’t hessitate to contact me at: [redacted] - Attached to this document there is a picture of the dress and accessories Mrs. [redacted] ordered and are ready to pick up in our store located at [redacted], in Fort Worth, TX 76115, Ph.
