Review: I have two daughters that have been going receiving services for the past year and a half. I have Dental Insurance which when they started a process they gave me a contract. One of my daughters turned 17 which my insurance dropped off and the billing manager re-analyzed the total due. Here's the problem, I've paid at twice in out of my pocket and every time I've asked the office billing manager to provide me a full statement activity. She has not complied. she has been piece mealing it to me here and there but not giving me a total to validate how much the insurance paid and how much I've paid.

In other words, I've given the run around just like a car sales, they go back and forward and never get a straight answer. Now, they failed to give me this simple customer request and have sent my daughter, not me, which I'm the main persong responsible to pay, to collections. She's been getting mail notices, threating her and she started worrying about it which I believe is not fair to do this kind of action to an early adulthood young person. I want this Co. to clear off this collection and I will pay but please, provide me with a full statement activity because what they're doing is a rigged billing system. I've worked in the past with billing companies and HMO's and it's sad to see that this great Dental Office not complying to my simple request.Desired Settlement: Provide full detail as to how much, the insurance paid and I've paid out of my pocket.. beacause, I have cr card statements to prove my issue of misguided billings.
