I was hire as tax preparer for season 2013.
They told you your will get pay a salary (min wages) plus commissions.(20% of sales)
Nobody told you the salary will be deducted from your commission. So it is not true you have salary you compensation will be commission ONLY. As tax preparer you also are responsible for marketing and bring costumers so that it is the 90 % of your job. Deliver flyers. You are not only tax prepared as they say after the month training.
Since you work in a space rented to another business there is no toilet available for you.
I worked under different contract I elect a lower commission (18%) and commissions not deducted from salary.
Company never pay my commissions.
I went to small claim court to get $200 as settlement.
If you go court, they will say '"that is not my signature", "you dont work for us", or "we sell a franchise"
NOT SERIOUS BUSINESS HERE
Review: We been with la insurance for 2 to 3 years. 6 months ago we added our daughter's car to the insurance. on the 4th my husband's vehicle was totaled, on the 5th we paid insurance. they took the truck 3 days later and said the end of the week we will send a check. truck was totaled on Monday we got a check for 43.00 on the 19th and a letter letting us know that the policy canceled for both vehicles. motor vehicle said la insurance canceled. I was told that I have been taken off, I was on before. they never would answer what benefits full coverage gives us and we still want to know.Desired Settlement: I would like my claim to be paid. that way I am able to purchase a new vehicle.
