In regard to LA insuranceI went to this company as a new resident to Arizona and had just purchased a vehicleThe agent went on line and activated a policy with progressiveSomething I could have done myselfAnd gotten a cheaper rate had I done soShe charged me$as soon as I walked out I got an email from Progressive saying thank you for the$paymentI wonder where the other$wentMy monthly pony was to be$I went in to the bank to make a payment on the car and they hooked me up with American family with a payment of a monthSo I discontinued progressiveThey charged me another$and said I only paid for two weeks??? Then charged me$more as a discontinue feeSo all totaled for two weeks I paid$I feel pretty ripped off and hope I can save anyone else the same mistake
The customer service representative Bethy Legnly did not gave me a chance to talk at all or to ask any questions at all regarding how if I make a monthly payment will impact my credit. She only said that I have to pay in full to be deleted from my credit report or settle as agreed if I do settelement. When I ask her why I never received a letter from them she said That they sent me a letter to a previous address that I have not used for almost 7 years. She acknowledge me that They did acknowledge me by posting the account on the credit report!!!When I ask her if I make monthly payments are they going to report to the credit bureaus as paying as agreed she reply with no. When I ask her to talk to manager she refused to transfer me. She kept telling me that this impossible I and did not gave me a chance to talk I hang up the call. I called voluntarily to find out how I can resolve the issue and was treated as a trash .
