I had an appointment this week and was given a 1/hour windowWhen the time frame was up, I called the office and the young lady told me she would try to contact the technicianShe never called back, so after more minutes I called again and she said that he didn't answer and she would try againThe technician finally called after almost hours (total wait time) and told me that he has a flat tire that morning and everything was getting pushed backHe told me that it would be another hour and 1/and I asked him why he or the office didn't call me earlierI then called and spoke to Robert who was incredibly rude and very unprofessionalI asked him for a discount since I had waited and no one bothered to call meHe told me that the service would be $for two rooms and a hallway, and that I wouldn't get it this cheap anywhere elseI thought that was a lot of money, and after he was increasingly rude and seemed irritated, I asked to speak to his managerHe put me on hold and never came back to the phoneI then received a voicemail from Gus, the managerI did not call backI thought COIT was a good business and called only them initiallyNow that I see their rating I understand why-you cannot have rude people handling a customer service role

The cold air return ducts were very dirty *** *** said if this was part of the service that Cost was supposed to do in May they overlooked cleaning the air return ducts *** came out today and cleaned/re-cleaned the ducts *** apparently missed cleaning these two cold air returns on their initial visit
As is written on *** ***’s invoice the duct for the first floor cold air return was not connected to the AC unit in thee attic So instead of drawing fir
I made an appointment with Coit after having confirmed that they would move my furniture The only exception was to an electronic bed which my husband got up at am to move When they arrived the technician said he could not move my queen size beds upstairs which are not electronic
and I a year old women have moved myself I told the technician I would take the mattresses off myself and he still decide not to move the
beds I called Coit and complained and they called him, but he still would not move the beds
