On July 19 2016 we hired MARCO TILE GALLERY to do bathroom renovation , floor and baseboard installation in one property at New Smyrna Beach.
The only time they made their words valued was for the appointment to get the check with 60% of the total amount of the services. After it we never more had a word to trust. From the manager to the owner it was deception after deception. Never complying with their own words.
The first installer did quit working for them abandoning the job. It took two weeks to have another to show up. After 52 days they said the job was finished.when visiting the property, we encountered:
- two different colors of tile at the same rooms.
-baseboard poorly installed,not cut at the proper angle/measures. Gaps up to 3/4 of one inch all around the house.
- three huge piles of their trash on the back yard.
It was a terrible experience,the worse company we ever worked with. They sell services for what they have no professionals to comply with.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE MARCO TILE GALLERY AS A CONTRACTOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TROUBLES.
