Not only did they speak with me, at length about my situation and problem, they were actually able to diagnose that my space was too small and that I needed to contact the city to see if a permit could be issuedThey offered to call me back when they had an answer
During the short time they were contacting the city, I happened to be at Home Depot and noticed water heaters! I purchased one and prepared for the installation when I was told that the Home Depot would install for free!!!
