Review: I placed an order online with La Mer on September [redacted] with my old shipping address. Called their customer service 10 minutes after placing the order asking for an address change (to change the shipping address to the same as my billing address). The customer service agent on the phone promised they will tell [redacted] to change the delivery address. I received an email indicating order shipment, but to the wrong address. My order was delivered to the wrong address 4 days later indicated by the tracking number included in my email. I called customer service and they promised another shipment to my correct address. Nothing happened in 2 weeks and I called again and the customer agent told me they somehow haven't shipped the replacement yet. Then the agent promised again the replacement will be shipped to my correct address within 5 business days. Another 2 weeks have passed and still nothing happened. This is really unprofessional and I am frustrated by calling them multiple times without getting my products. A waste of money and time!!

Review: I purchased a $50 gift card from [redacted] in Nov 2011. By the time of purchase, the website never marked the gift card purchase as final sale. I have the screen shot at the time of purchase, which proves that this item was not a final sale. The order was placed and it was supposed to come with a set of samples. After a few days, the order arrived promptly, but there was only 1 sampel in the order, and the sample set did not come with the order. I called [redacted] several times and requested a return of the gift card. I was told at that time that the gift card was final sale, which is a surprise to me. After numerous calls to [redacted], I finally got a UPS label from a [redacted] associate. I returned the gift card and the sample in the original condition to [redacted] using the ups label. The tracking # shows successful delivery. However, I never got a refund for the return. I called several times to ask about the return and was told it is pending. Now, it is 2013, I still haven't got the refund after 2 years.Desired Settlement: Just refund me using my original way of payment.
