I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

we are rejecting the response be Eric the owner reached out to myself and my husband again with the promise he would make the repairs on Friday 5/**/16. We even confirmed on this after and he responded he would be there today. However, again no show and now scheduled again for Monday. His I professionalism is unacceptable! We do not deserve this from him. We made sure we selected a company who was suppose to be rated well. At this time we should be compensated for our time with at least a partial refund. We want this also to be documented so he does not do this to any other customer.
