He is a scam artist. He did a job for me in carlsbad and I regret hiring them. They delayed my project drastically and had to call him douzens of times just to get a hold of him! After huge delays he said he would not come back unless I paid him another $900 on top of what we agreed to. Being in a bind, I agreed to this and paid him in full, only to find out 2 weeks later that he didn't pay his supplier almost $5000!!!
Now the supplier can't get a hold of him and are trying to put a lean on my property!!
Worst experience I have ever had...no matter what he quotes you, do not EVER work with this company or Robert Cosmano.
Review: I hired La Mesa Stucco, [redacted] to remove siding and stucco my home, I paid him, $9,500 for the job. He is paid in full. He now has went out of business and failed to pay for the material used to stucco my home. I received a letter from [redacted] Building Supply threatening to place a lien on my home or pay them the amount La Mesa Stucco owes $1500 I have paid in full. Last payment was 9-20-14 for $3000 paid in full and he did not pay for his supplies. He has left many customers in this horrible situation. You can read about this on angles list under his name. Please help to get him to pay what he owes to [redacted] Building Supply, I paid him in full. He wont return any calls to me at all.Desired Settlement: pay [redacted] Building Supply the $1500 that he owes, or if I end up having to pay it to prevent a lien on my home? he can pay me then , this is wrong in so many ways.....
