This company will fire you for any reason without warningIt'll be 9:30pm and you'll get a call telling you not to show up to work in the morningThey'll fire you for missing a single day because you were puking your brains out, even though you GOT APPROVAL FIRST from your supervisor at the company you're contracting forThis is exactly what happened to my friendThere was no warning, no explanation, no follow-up, unclear instructions on who and where to report to, and they do not communicate with the client employerIn the example above, they did not even tell the client employer that he was fired; they found out by him not showing up and then him telling his manager that he was fired (much to her shock and dismay)They also hired me, gave me a start date, then submitted a background check without me signing any paperwork or giving consent (which is illegal)I then started the job, performed well above expectations, impressed the client employer and built a quick relationship with the managers and supervisorsAfter days, I came home from work after receiving an 84hr work schedule for the following week (which I volunteered for), and was told that my background processed and that I did not meet the qualifications and to not show up to workI called my manager at the client employer and she was shocked and, frankly, upsetShe was not infoirmed, and, to this day, was never informed by the IRSThe client company was never asked about background requirements, nor were they or I given any opportunity to provide a case as to why I should be kept on the contractMy manager at the client employer WANTED to keep meBecky at the IRS told me flat out that even if the client employer wanted and asked to keep me on, they still wouldn't
Also, the background issue on my report was not related to the position and is a pending case I am taking to trialThis type of denial for solely that issue is discrimination - made illegal in by the EEOC
I had a terrible experience with this employer, may seek legal action against them, and can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone
You simply dont know what kind of experience you will have with them; it's too much of a riskSteer clear and good luck
