Review: There have been a few issues with this supermarket since my family and I moved to the area a year ago. Several times we have been charged for items differently then were advertised. When we bring this up to "management," we're always told that someone has forgotten to move the signage and have never honored marketed prices. Just this evening, we were overcharged for an item that was on discount according not only to the circular, but there was a sign directly beneath said item. When we told our cashier, he told us that the sign was left by mistake from a previous week (it's now Tuesday) and when we asked to return the item, he told us he does not know how to process a return towards a credit purchase. When we asked him to direct us to someone that could, he said no one in the store did. We waited for 10 minutes before he wrote on our receipt the "merchandise credit" amount and explained that he was a [redacted], so his signature makes the credit valid until whenever. "Until whenever" were his exact words.Desired Settlement: We were given a store credit of $1.79. I would prefer if I could have this amount credited to our card please. I believe it's very irresponsible to have a store open, with no one in the store available to process returns.
