RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My dates and times are factually correct so the inference of a lie is preposterous and goes back to my complaint; they can't defend what I have stated. I clearly checked on the agreement that is referenced that I did not want my items donated - that is a clear option on the form. I was never contacted by phone or email to pick up my items, despite checking I do not want them donate. I made every reasonable person attempt to retrieve my items. I physically went to the shop and talked to a young brunette with glasses that informed me that my items have not sold and I need to wait to pick them up; my daughter was with my on this attempt so she can confirm. I called as I stated before with the time and date detailed as logged by AT&T and was absolutely told by the woman answering the phone that she was the only person working and could not look up my items and I would call back. Even on my last call she did not want to check on my items and told me that if I did not get an email my items had not been pulled so wait till I get an email. It was only because I pressed her that she reluctantly checked and her story changed to my items were donated and I had plenty of time to pick them up - untrue based on not being contacted and my own attempts ignored.I simply want my one gown returned as it had significant value. I have not received anything about items sold, no check and on confirmation of where my items are...so stating plenty of time just is silly on their behalf as here we are on June 15th with nothing. I think this operation is a scam to take items under the veil of a contract that allows you to check off, no, do not want to donate, then does everything in their power to not let you have our items and falls back to say its my fault...disturbing cadence of running a business that should not be tolerated.Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I think this operation is a scam to take items under the veil of a contract that allows you to check off, no, do not want to donate, then does everything in their power to not let you have our items and falls back to say its my fault...disturbing cadence of running a business that should not be tolerated.Regards,[redacted]

Hello,This customer signed a contract with our store which it is CLEARLY stated that your items are on our showroom floor for 60 days once your items are expired you will receive a curtsey email letting you know that your items are for pick up. If you fail to pick up your items within the 5 days...

(which it is clearly written in the contract she signed) your items get donated. She was notified by email on 5/24 that her items were ready for pick up, she failed to pick them up and her items got donated on 6/3. She had 10 days to actually pick up her items. She called the shop on 6/11 screaming yelling and cursing at my staff saying she received her email and she wanted to pick up her items. She was well past he due date. Her story is a lie as far as when she supposedly helped  her when she called. She consigned with our shop 2 gowns a blouse and blazer. One of her gowns sold on 4/29 which  if she called like she said she did she would of been told that.  No one is ever to busy to answer any questions when a consignor calls to ask about their account. I also pay for a service called "myresaleweb" which allows every consignor to keep track of their items online they are given an ID number and their last name is the password. This is all in our contract and explained at consignment. This woman was extremely rude and threatening my staff once she learned her did not follow the directions she was given at the time of her consignment. Her account has been closed out since this and her check of $78.76 was mailed out to her. If there are any questions please call my personal cell phone [redacted].Thank YouKate
