2014 purchased two sofas item number 3210.038 at the price of 400 dollars each with a total of 800 dollars another 100 dollars is tax and delivery. The sofas were delivered in great condition on the day of the delivery. La Monarca Furniture is not responsible for any damages after delivery. [redacted] contacted us after the delivery a couple of weeks and we sent one of the employees to take pics of the damages. It appears to be damage through the customer. The customer added a protection plan for 100 dollars through a third party on the day of the purchase called Montage Furniture Services. This company provides a 5 year protection plan for the consumer you may reach this company at [redacted]. If Montage Furniture Services provides warranty for the damaged sofa; than they will contact us and we will resolve and exchange the sofa on their terms,If you have any further questions you may reach me at the store number listed above.
