We had a group of 11, most of us from out of townIt was not busy when we were thereWe got our drink order quicklyWe waited quite a while for our food before it came outThen only half of the order cameThe waitress, (Kayla, I think), kept saying the rest of the order was coming right outShe was taking care of other tables drink refillsTen minutes later I asked where the rest of the food was, and again was told it would be right outTwenty minutes later I went to speak to the manager (Monica)She was under the impression we were only missing sideI explained we got less than half of the orderShe went to the kitchen and came back saying there was some problem with the computer and they didn't know how much of the order was put in the computer before it went down, so she asked the waitress to give the written order to the cooks to makeI asked if that was the case, why only some food was brought outShe said it was coming right upI explained we were waiting for everyone to get their food to eat and now what was brought out was coldThe manager said it wasn't their fault the computer went down and said this isn't how things usually areI stated they shouldn't have brought out less then half the order and more than minutes later the rest (what we thought was the rest), it should have been all at once (within minutes, not more)The manager didn't offer to take anything off until I asked what she was going to do about it, then she offered a discountThe rest of the order came outAgain not all of it, we we're missing a salad, of all thingsWe were told again twice it was coming right outI again went to the manager to ask about thisI was told the waitress had just put that order inI asked why, but she said she didn't know that was what the waitress just told herThey did take this meal offAfter returning to the table, we found some orders were wrongI only had them fix some due to allergies while I observed them doing so (you can see into the kitchen area when standing by the bar)The manager said the waitress was new so didn't understand things very well and that when things calmed down and the order was out she was going to talk to herI suggested they not have new waitresses serve big tables if it was going to be confusing to themThis was a very disappointing experience with both the poor service and food quality

Then only half of the order came. The waitress, (Kayla, I think), kept saying the rest of the order was coming right out. She was taking care of other tables drink refills. Ten minutes later I asked where the rest of the food was, and again was told it would be right out. Twenty minutes later I went to speak to the manager (Monica). She was under the impression we were only missing 1 side. I explained we got less than half of the order. She went to the kitchen and came back saying there was some problem with the computer and they didn't know how much of the order was put in the computer before it went down, so she asked the waitress to give the written order to the cooks to make. Again not all of it, we we're missing a salad, of all things. We were told again twice it was coming right out. I again went to the manager to ask about this. I was told the waitress had just put that order in. I asked why, but she said she didn't know that was what the waitress just told her. They did take this meal off.
