done prior to purchase, but that the purchase was "as is" / no warranty, in accordance with MN Used Car Warranty law. Business says that if Mr *** had approached them earlier and directly about the issues he was experiencing, they may have been willing to work with him toward some sort of resolutionBut as approximately months have elapsed since purchase and the vehicle was purchased "as is," the dealer will not be able to assist with repairs or allow return / exchange of the vehicle at this time
