I'm writing in response to the complaint made by Brittany P*** on 10/22/Brittany came to our car lot on August 15, she and a male ask to test drive the
Cadillac Deville VIN ending in *** that is listed on the complaint, they proceed to test drive and when they arrived back to the car lot, she wanted to purchase the vehicleShe purchased the Cadillac Deville for $3,along with tax her total was $4,200.02, when signing the Bill of Sale which I have included a copy with this letter, it states that "This vehicle is being sold "AS IS- WITH ALL FAULTS"Unless Seller makes a written warranty or enters into a service contract within days from the date of the contract, Seller makes no warranties, expressed or implied, on the vehicle, and there will be no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose."
As I stated above I have enclosed a copy of the first page signed Bill of Sale for the vehicle that shows that the vehicle was sold AS-IS
