I bought an item from their site and the sent me a knock off Part instead of the real one.
Unbelievable. I specifically ordered an item that was genuine and the shipped me a generic version.

If you advertise one thing and deliver another willfully it's called fraud in all 50 states.
Interstate commerce fraud at that.
