La Palma Cleaners

Review: I bought a suit and needed to get it tailored. After wearing once I dropped my suit off at La Palma Cleaners for adjustments. Once my suit was ready I wore it only two times and discovered there was a rip on the upper back of the blazer. I went back to the cleaners and spoke with the the male owner and he said they will take care of the tear, he said to come back after a week, but the receipt he gave me said to come back in four days. I went back and the lady the wife of the male owner said they are unable to repair the rip because they are claiming it to be my fault. She said she cannot repair it because its not their fault since I took it out of the plastic wrapping. If I were to make a tear I would take responsibility but the tear is clearly looks as if it has been done by a knife IF it were my own fault the tear would look differently but it the rip looks like it can only been done by a knife. I demanded the owner to give me their business cards and their name but they refused. So I took my suit back and now making a claim to you guys.Desired Settlement: I want them to repair my blazer or compensate me for the damages they caused on my blazer.
