After reviewing the moinventory sheet, we have noticed that the carpet had SOME existing stains notated on it; and would the resident would not be held responsible for the EXISTING stains, not any new ones created while the resident lived thereEspecially in the case where the carpet is saturated with dog urine resulting in pad replacement and having to professionally seal the floors due to the stains and smellWe are willing to make an adjustment to the carpet charges due to the notations on the mostatement and will deduct the amount owed to La Paloma of $bringing their account to a zero balanceWe do not show any record of calls being made to the office in regards to the charges, and do show that the corrected itemized statement was sent to the residents at the same address the original statement (which they say they received)I have tried to include pictures for review, however the response does not seem to go thru and keeps giving me a error I can attach and send separately if neededThank you

We are willing to make an adjustment to the carpet charges due to the notations on the move-in statement and will deduct the amount owed to La Paloma of $207.37 bringing their account to a zero balance. We do not show any record of calls being made to the office in regards to the charges, and do show that the corrected itemized statement was sent to the residents at the same address the original statement (which they say they received). What a horrible place to live. Filthy grounds, disgusting laundry, awful loud drug addled tenants, dangerous, police activity constantly, management only collects rent and naysays possibilities that they have let sm move in. Want to play twenty questions? Try making a legitimate complaint with the management. Grounds are cleaned between leasing office and apartments they are showing. People run auto sales and drug sales out of parking lot. Don't be stupid and leave your apartment after dark, you're likely to be burglarized or mugged. Filthy disgusting trashy residents.
