I ordered a product off their website as I had seen it on their InstagraInstagramThey processed my order, and immediately sent me an email to say that the item was on back orderI contacted them a month later, several times by email and phone with no responseI then commented on their Instagram accountaccount that I was disatisfied with their service and warned others of this (Over 100k followers) and they then proceeded to block me In order to receive a refund, I had to go through my bank

I would not recommend purchasing from this company The items looked very cute and of good quality on the website so I purchased items After my purchase, I received on automatic email saying that my order may take days to receive since they ship from their warehouse in China (strike 1) About weeks later, I get an email saying one of my items is out of stock and if I would like to purchase another item, they will give me a $giftcard (strike 2), which I declined and asked for my money back It took about a week to get my refund (strike 3) On exactly the 30th day after placing my order, a package showed up on my door step I opened it and of my items was in the package (strike 4) They dress I purchased was $so I figured it would be pretty decent quality, but to my disappointment, it was horrible quality that looked like it was thrown together in a sweat shop in China (strike 5) It even smelled horrible I tried calling the customer service number multiple times and no one ever answers It actually has a voice mail you can leave...Honestly, what reputable customer service line has a voice mail? There really should be someone there to answer your calls or at least call you back when you do leave a message (strike 6) They finally replied to my email (about a week later) and said my other item was on the way Once I receive it, it was also horrible quality The material of both the shorts and dress were actually see-through because they were so thin (strike 7) Don't buy from this company You will not get what you pay for

I ordered two items from LA Perry, both bathing suitsI have been having an extremely difficult time contacting the company since they took my moneyI received one of the two bathing suitsI filed a complaint with my credit card company regarding the second item and sent several emails and make several phone calls to try to contact the merchantStill no luck and this is SEVERAL weeks laterI received a second item in the mail from China that was not the item I purchased onlineThe company won't call me back to resolve the matter or answer my emailsTo make matter worst the telephone number is a google number that just puts you to a voicemail and there is no return address on the website

I placed an order with them in Spetember Understanding that some orders were coming from other countries, I waited patiently up until January 6, I contacted them in regard to the whereabouts of my order and have yet to receive a responseI do not recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a dress from this company. And then the payment went through, And then they send me an email saying it's on back order. I had a suspicion something was wrong. So I said I wanted my money back (email). They never replied. I called my Visa company to dispute it. Then 3 months later they say my has been delivered. Tracking number didn't work, emailed them of this. And of course no response. I had to pay another $50 for the shipping cause it was in the states to come to Canada. So package arrives. And I open it, it wasn't a dress but black socks! [redacted]! How can they be so cruel and fraud me like that. And to be a jerk and send socks. Well at least I got ur stupid socks and u had to pay for the shipping. I hope they get in [redacted] for what they are doing.
