Review: My daughter had a birthday party at La Petite Spa on December 8, 2013. It snowed and the party was not canceled. The employee on duty called to see if we were still coming, and I said we were. When I arrived with my two nieces and my daughter, she told me there was a five girl minimum and the party would have to be reschedule if two more girls did not arrive. I explained I had two girls on the way and the sixth child was unable to make it because of the weather. Approximately five minutes later the employee approached me and informed me the party would be rescheduled if the girls didn't arrive within 10 to 15 minutes. At this point I expressed my displeasure in a firm but appropriate manner explaining that was not a feasible option because I drove over an hour in the snow and my four year old daughter wouldn't understand why the party was being canceled. At that time she explained it was for the safety of the stylists and it was company policy to have five girls at the party. I stated an exception should be made because the weather was the problem and that the same amount of payment and tip was being received regardless of the number of girls at the party. At that time she walked away and came back a few minutes later calling my daughter back to get her hair and make-up done. She never re-approached me to say the party would go on. She turned the music on for karaoke, ordered our pizza and then left. The stylist were left to close the shop and I was left to conduct the party (managing the microphone for karaoke, helping with dress-up clothes, and serving the food). In addition, I was given the wrong information to view the photo shoot of my daughter's party. I tried calling several times between December 9 and 14th to get the correct information for the online photo album and was unable to reach anyone. I sent an email to the spa's email account and received a response that pictures would be available in two days. The pictures weren't available within the time period so I emailed the spa again. On December 20th, the manager called to inform me the pictures were available, and at this time I expressed my unhappiness with the way my daughter's party was conducted and the overall level of customer service. The manager offered to give me the photos I wanted from the photo shoot. I emailed her two days later on December 22nd with the photos I wanted and never received a response from her. I emailed her on Tuesday January 7th to check on the status of the pictures and have received no response. I paid 275.00 for the party and did not get what I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the value of the party or my deposit or the pictures that were promised.

Review: I purchased a CD of photos from this company from a party we held there. Order number: [redacted] was placed on June 19, 2013. I still have not received the CD or a refund. I have sent several emails to two different addresses I have for this company. There have been no replies to my emails. I have also left several voice mails and messages and the owner will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $54 charged to my credit card.

Review: My daughter went to a party at la petite spa and ordered pictures on line of the party on May14,2013. After several phone calls promising me that they are going to send it I have yet to receive the said pictures. I have contacted them regarding a refund and have not gotten a response yet. Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of $16.00.
