Ms***; Thanks for approaching me this morning, I really appreciate your call I reviewed the case with my staff and now I'm aware of the whole situationI as the owner, want to apologize in behalf of my entire staffLa Playa Seafood House in not in bussines to make our clients upset or unsatisfied with our serviceAt that time when Mr [redacted] came to our business we were unable to accommodate a party of The hostess tried her best to accommodate the tables as closest as possible to satisfied Mr***'s needsHe agreed to sit like thatOn the military discount, our business doesn't give a military discountIn order to satisfied his need we gave him a**% discount that we don't normally offerRegarding the 18% gratuity charge/tip at the moment when we opened the account on our service system we entered as a party of When the checks were closed, the system divided the total amount of the check and charged the 18% to each checkI agree with Mr [redacted] statement regarding the gratuity charge; again I want to apologize the aforementioned incovinient in our restaurantI offer to refund all the amount of his check Just for your information our restaurant complies with all the city fire requirementsThe current table set up layout was approved by the cityWe don't have tables around, blocking the main entrance Contact me for any additional information Thank you [redacted] La Playa Seafood House Owner [redacted]

The hostess  tried her best to accommodate the tables as closest as possible to satisfied Mr. [redacted]'s needs. He agreed to sit like that.
