Review: I purchased a pool package, which included a installation of the pool, filter, light, excavation. Requirements to have a pool installation done.There is a company they work with that does the installation of the pool, filter light, that company also is not a very good company to work with.I payed for everything for this family pool. The company outside of the company that I made the purchase of the pool package (L.A.Pools, Inc.).That company is ASAP, they do the accual installation of everything filter, light, the pool its self. Horrible service I had to call them over numerals of times for service? When I finally got them to come out they fixed the light, filter. Lasted a week, and had to call them numerals of time again, still taking them for ever to come out to fix the problem till this day problem is still not fixed, The filter has not and is not working properly, I believe I need a new filter. I have requested that they give me a new filter, however keeps telling me to call service.They never return calls (service ASAP) I am right now without a filter, it also is unsafe for me to have water in my pool and not being able to filter the water for my family to use. They never return calls and they tell you that you have to wait for someone to come out to fix these problems, well I called before the year was up, and still nothing. I am stuck right now with out any type of service and they want to charge me for service. I need my filter running and I also need my light fixed, this filter and light problem has been since I purchased very thing, I ama paying customer in full, but have been treat very, very unfairly about this matter. Nothing has been done to service me fix this problem resolve the problem nothing. I am not happy at all about the water in the pool that needs to be filter (kept clean) I don't want to be fined. I would like something done about this immediately about the way that I have been mistreated by these to companies, I was told that ASAP is supposed to be one of theDesired Settlement: All of the problems that they caused, the money that I payed them in full for the pool package, the extremely poor service to me from day one as a paying customer.Was told that I have to wait until they can get someone to come out there, all of the calls made and was very nice about until they never came the waiting for them to come out long hours, days, at some point. Wouldn't you get nasty at some point? I fell I need to be accomodated for this. I would like monies returned to me for this.

I am not understanding why he is pretending that he was and is unaware of what has been going on with this purchase, that was done with him and the young lady. He knows all about this because I talked with him and told him from the beginning that all of these things I needed fixed and also that I did not want the filter? Repeatedly! I filed a complaint during the time that I purchased the pool. He questioned me about it and kind of threated me? He know from the time that it was purchased the problems because he kept referring me to ASAP, which they said when they came out (from the beginning they had to talk to him) because I told them that I did not want the filter because it was leaking all over the place. They kept putting me off, and giving me a hassle wouldn't take it back, sent ASAP out to Teflon the filter, and still would not take the thing back. He's lying! I also told him from the beginning about some of the warranties missing out of the packet, he was suppose to mail them out, never got them, all of a sudden he e-mails me a warranty for the filter? I do not understand why he is trying to e-mail me, him &n ASAP pulled a fast one, now that the year is up he thinks he slick, he what for that so that he could get away with it.

Very angry and do not want to have anything more to say or do with this rip-off company!
