Clear and Simple - Parents of patient DEFAULTED on their contractural obligation to pay their insurance deductable. Insurance company paid for clinical visit. Parents IGNORED all attempts to contact regarding bill over pervious 12...

months. Patient only made a return contact to corporate office when collection agency made contact with him. Funds posted in any payment will be acknowledged by his insurance company. It is an exceptionally poor decision on part of Parents to discuss their childs health care and Mothers' in clinic statements in such a public forum. Fullfilment of Parents obligation to pay their deductible Is the only recourse.

Business never contacted us after my discussion with Dr. [redacted] on 5/1/14 which he stated that he is waiving this fee after I explained what happened. I took notes date time during our conversation with Dr. [redacted]. After this apparently either the Dr or the staff dropped the ball and did not cancel this invoice and then they give me to collection agency after a year later. They stated that they tried to contact me and we ignored for a year which is not true. we have been at the same place for 6 years and not one phone call or mail came from their office. it will be really fun to see how they tried to contact me for a year as they stated above. we only received 1 invoice and the collection agency mail which I responded. I will be filing a complaint through the Medical Board & Consumer Affairs also regarding unethical and unprofessional acts of this clinic. Very poor staffing. Dr should look into this very carefully since all the reviews state the same thing about their staff.
