Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I reject their response because there were no stains on anything in my room when I left the hotel I was told there were pictures and they would be emailed to me and I never received any pictures I still believe the hotel is trying to extort more money from guests they know will not be returning to the area Regards, [redacted] Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:Hi, my name is [redacted] from LaQuinta Inn and Suites Fort worth/west I'm emailing in regards to complain ID [redacted] this guest stayed with us January 16th and departing on January 17th I guess one of the first complain about trying to get a room charges back when we did not the room right back then the guests wanted to proceed to collect the data charge which was $for the bloodstains would you take pictures of all the stains of for guest unfortunately at the time she checked out she did not stop by the front desk so that for we had to call to inform the guests if she was here on property at that time we would have shown her the stands and we would have more than likely given her the Sheets if she wanted to take them as wellAny more questions or concerns please feel free to email or call at anytime

First, I did check out at the front desk and if there had been damage in my room I would have let them know at that time Second, I was not called until more than hours after I checked out about any problem with my room and it is unreasonable for them to ask that I stay at the hotel for hours after checkout in case there is a problemFinally, the girl that called me told me pictures had been taken I did not request pictures be takenShe also took down my email address to send me the pictures that I never received.
