The customer checked in for nights Under their fathers name*** *** he was located upstairsTheir were two girls which are his daughters in a downstairs room and the first night they were smoking in the room I myself smelled it and
they were giggly and screaming loudly in the hallwayI then told my front desk supervisor *** *** to have them quite down after they screamed again at 11:pm and which he didThe next night they were smoking in the room again so then they were called and told that they would be charged for smoking in the roomSo they got frantic and *** came down and talked to another front desk representative *** Wand told him that she would pay the bill on her card and not to tell her father about it since they did not want to get in troubleThe room was under their fathers nameI myself, *** R, Maintenance Manager *** ***, Housekeeping Manager all smelled marijuana in the room it is not fair to the guests that were next to them on both sides to have to smell that! Especially when we advertise that we are 100% non-smokingShe also sent me a picture of outside her window of it raining and no one in the parking lotOn 6/26/I then had to call her father since he was the registered guest and informed him of what happened and she then called the hotel back yelling why did you tell my dad I then informed her that he is the registered guest and if you didn't do anything illegal why did she come up and pay and say do not tell my father it could have been resolved right then and thereHer father now knows and they want to hide the fact they were smoking in the room and want reimbursement which we will not be going to doI will also submit letters from all employees that witnessed and smelled the marijuana coming from the roomWe do not make up reasons to charge our guests

Hello, I will address each every comment suggested aboveFirst of all *** *** was NOT located upstairs, he was on the first floor only a few doors doneCheck your hotel recordsSecondly I did not deny that smoke was in our roomI did say that guests outside in the parking lot were smoking and our window was open*** *** has NO PROOF that we were inside the room when he smelled the smokeI do admit we got loud at 11:p.mand front desk did call our room at that timeMy sister answered the phone and the EXACT conversation when as said, "Hello, what is with the noise? She apologized and stated they were playing video games and got a little to over excited, and *** then STATED, "oh and stop smoking in the room and hung up the phone." Check the in hotel phone records*** NEVER stated he would be charged a smoking fee over the phoneThis phone call took place at 11:p.mon Friday 6/10/The next day I went to the front desk and *** was there and I asked for a spoon*** ** (I just learned his name from *** response) APPROACHED ME in the continental breakfast area and asked if we were smoking in the roomI said I was not present during the time and I would need to talk to my sisterIt did not occur to me at the time to report the guests outsideBecause of this conversation I APPROACHED *** in the lobby and asked if we would be charged a smoking fee, he said yesI went back to the room to talk to my sister and she reminded me of the guests in the parking lot smoking marijuana on and off all day and night on Thursday 6/9/and Friday 6/10/When I talked to *** I sent him a picture that my sister had and yes the parking lot was wet BUT LOOK AT THE SKY, THE CLOUDS WERE BROKEN THERE WAS BLUE SKYYou obviously didn't look at the picture fullyAnd no she did not get his face because she was afraid he would see herThe picture was merely to show how close the vehicle was to our room windowNot to prove it was rainingSECONDLY, *** WAS PRESENT WHEN MY DAD CHECKED OUTIf you wanted to report the issue, you should have done it THENCalling my father on a 6/26/weeks after this happened was retaliatory at bestIf you were serious about notifying him you would have done it the same dayI asked to pay for the fee no because I'm afraid of my dad, again I am years old, not 16, was so he did not have to incur a feeIt was courtesy to my father and I wanted to deal with it directlyLooking back I wish you had charged him falsely and then you would have had him to deal withAgain I never denied smelling marijuana in our roomThe guests outside were smoking and I was illegally charged a fee for something we did not doYou have NO PROOF that we were in the room at the time you smelled itAnd yes I'm sure the housekeepers did smell itIt wasn't usAdditionally you lied to my father about speaking to me personally and I have never met you in personYou also revealed personal information about my Revdex.com case to himAgain if you were serious about letting him know you would have done it the DAY HE CHECKED OUTNot two weeks laterThat was completely retaliatory and you are a bully a business ownerI would also like to report the urine stench in my room the day I checked inIt was terribleThe offered to clean the carpet the following day on 6/10/oh and conveniently around the same time you reported we smoked week? *** asked out to stay out of the room for the remainder of the day so you can clean itYour facts don't add upI also read on Yelp and a guests found Bed Bugs in this hotel not months agoThat compounded by the urine stench in my room and with other reviews with the SAME ISSUES on yelp, this hotel needs to be reported to the Department of Health and Human Services for review on health violationsI will never stay here again and will still request a refund of the smoking fee
