This guest did leave a note in his room and receive a sensual massage he also indicated that if she brought a friend with her he would pleasure than both Indicated that she would pay the housekeepeand whoever came with her $eachThis kind of language was used throughout the note, it was left on the desk by the guestThe housekeepers that found the note were understandably concerned and did not feel comfortable with the guests being in the hotelBig following Monday the guests arrived asking for his refund while he was waiting in the lobby he began to yell and scream disturbing other guests and causing a sceneI told him at that point if he did not stop I would call the police and also give them the note which was soliciting prostitution from my staff membersBy then processed the refund and sent it off for a signature to be mailed to the address he leftThe check has been cashed and the guest has received his refund

from being out of the office and saw this complaint today for the first time.   Mr. [redacted] spoke with Diana in Billing on February 20, 2017.  During that phone conversation, the [redacted]’s address was found to be incorrect in our system.  Their address was updated/corrected in our system on February 20, 2017.  Mr. [redacted] was informed a new bill would be sent to the confirmed current address however, it may take up to 2 weeks for him to receive the bill due to the billing cycle.  The bill was expected to be sent by the billing system on 3/12/17.      Monroe Hospital has not received any returned mail that had been sent to the incorrect address.   Therefore, no one was aware the [redacted]’s address was not correct in our system until Mr. [redacted] called on February 20, 2017.   On March 20, 2017, a return call was made to Mrs. [redacted] from Diana in Billing.  Diana left a detailed message (as instructed on the message left by Mrs. [redacted]).  Diana apologized to the [redacted]s for any inconvenience this has caused.  The [redacted]’s were given a 25% discount off the current balances of the May, 2016 visit and the December, 2016 visit.  They were assured they will not be in collections nor their credit rating be affected/hurt due to this inconvenience.  They were informed a new bill reflecting the 25% discount will be sent to them.  The next statement is expected to be sent from the billing system April 2,2017.   Regards,   Sue R[redacted]   Sue R[redacted], MSN, RN l Director Performance Improvement 4011 S Monroe Medical Park Blvd l Bloomington, IN  47403 T 812.825.0860 sr[redacted]@primehealthcare.com
