We booked our hotel over a month in advance an asked that they please make a note that we would need a first floor room because we were bringing our small pet with us on our trip and were assured we wouldWhen we arrived they told us we were on the 3rd floorWe asked if a first floor would be available at any time during our day stay? The older woman on the front desk replied "Look lady, I book rooms all day long use the elevatorHospitality is not their strong suit, shall we sayAfter a very long drive we thought we will stay the night and find another hotel tomorrowThe room was a long walk and we still had to climb concrete stairsThe room smelled of wet dog, bathroom filthy and dog doo stains all over the rugsWe checked out the next morning, same nasty clerkAnd when we got our credit card statement found we were charged for nightsCalled to speak to General Manager and was told she was not inAsked if she could call me and was told NOWe have never had a worse experience lifetimeWe travel often and something is very wrong with the way we were treatedAlso got my first name wrong and then never looked at the card to see the spelling

We have never had a worse experience lifetime. We travel often and something is very wrong with the way we were treated. Also got my first name wrong and then never looked at the card to see the spelling.
