WORST HOTEL STAY
I stayed in one of your hotels in Colorado Springs on 4385 Stinton Road from 12/31-01/04/21 first time ever at this hotel chain and the last time. when we arrived there the lobby was somewhat clean nothing to impressive about this place, but still decided to stay. Got into the room it smelled like old carpet the beds comforter on the bed by the door had red marks on them. I was so tired Iet that go. So when I go to hotels I always inspect my beds pull back the comforter that night it was a BLOOD STAIN inside the comforter when you pulled the comforter back. I was so nasty that you made up the bed like that. when I informed the front desk she acted like it wasn't nothing new didn't offer a new room or anything. I will not ever in the future make a reservation at this chain. This is the worst one I have ever stayed in on the picture the hotel was nice but in person it was a disgrace.

at 3am, I told them to call "Booking.com" They are the one who knows the room rate they used is cancel-able or not. Once the room rate is cancel-able they can simply cancel it The hotel is not involved on this matter. Booking.com is the one who should take care of. The advertisement on Booking.com is done by Booking.com. This is nothing to do with our hotel. If any guest make a room reservation directly with us, we only have one cancellation policy which is 6pm on the day of arrival, period. I did not make any mistake nor any wrong doing. Nevertheless, when he called us, both of us made a resolution that we will refund 1/2 of room charge which was $56.40. Review: When I reached La Quinta Inn & Suites Erie on July 4th, 2015 there was no one at the front desk. We have waited for 45 minutes with my 2 kids ready for bed. There were other customers waiting in the lobby for the receptionist for an hour. We had no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel is not refunding my $237.16. They are falsifying the records to show that I have checked in. But they are missing all the information that is required to check me in to the hotel. La Quinta Inn & Suites Erie[redacted]Desired Settlement: They need to investigate whether there was anybody at the front desk at that night. They need to reach out to all the customers who were affected by this and refund their money.
