I'm very sorry that you felt the need to bring this issue up with the Revdex.com instead of bringing it to our attention firstWe do not have any missed calls or emails from you concerning this matter and this is the first time we have heard of the issue presented from youAfter pulling up your file we have still have your $check stapled to your contract with "VOID" now written across the frontWhen you paid the $refundable security deposit you wrote us a $check that we explained would not be deposited unless there was damage done to the property that we needed to use the funds forAs there was no issues with your event we have now voided the physical check and it was never deposited into our bank accountIf you need proof we don't mind sending you an image of the check.? ? I am rejecting this response because: Although we initialized and signed their contract, we were given informationAs I have stated before, *** ***, their property manager at the time, told us we would receive our deposit back if we cancelled up to a couple of months before the weddingLily herself, during the phone when she stated she would "try" to refund my money stated she had lost a lot of business thanks to ***She stated we were not the only ones that were lied to and claimed she was "sorry"I feel I have made numerous attempts to make things right and she refuses to try to do the ethical thingInstead she would rather call and harrass me on the phone

I wanted to update you in regards to my open complaint on La Rio MansionYesterday, 06/04/2018, at 4:58pm, I received a very rude and nasty call from *** ***, owner of La Rio MansionShe began the phone call by introducing herself and then completely changed her toneShe became extremely
irate and was yelling to me on the phoneShe stated I needed to take off all the reviews on the all websites that I left and demanded for me to change my complaint storyI told her I was not going to do that because everything that I submitted was in fact trueShe was a bit hard to understand since she was yelling on the phone and stated "you lied to the Revdex.com about the band" I told her I had not and she kept trying to argue back and forth with meShe "congratulated" me on cancelling my venue there and stated that if I ever want to see my money again I would have to take her to courtShe kept rambling on and on about nonsense and at that point to be honest I stopped listening because yelling doesn't solve anythingI ended the phone conversation, if you even want to call it a conversation, by asking her "are you done harassing me? because that is what you are doing right now"She continued yelling at me so I hung up on herThe issue was not resolved and I feel she has no intentions on fixing itI DO NOT wish to have her call me again, especially not after she harassed meI do however want the issue resolved and kindly ask for her to rely all messages via email as I will not be answering her calls no more.? To whom it may concern,According to the contract they signed and initialed, their deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, and they were completely aware of it.We tried to accommodate them and the amount of guests, but they refused.About the band mentioned in the email, I was never aware of the issue, nor did I ask for additional money for them to have aAnd at their wedding.If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at ***-***-***
