Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There is no way we can be charged $for popcorn ceiling negligence as that is something that should have been inspected by managementIt makes no senseThe damage done was from the lack of inspection and replacement of the air conditioner which made a hole through the living room and damanged my furnitureAs for the roaches, I am appalled by these accusationsI have never had roaches in that property until they replaced my refrigerator with a used one which looked like came out of the trashWe specifically asked for a new one for that exact reasonOur concerns and request were ignored and deniedThe response from the did not address any of our issues but only implied we were unhappy with the rules, which is obviously not true As for the $for blinds I want comphnesariim as that is party of wear and tearThe owner of the property needs to address this issue not the incompetent management team who have done nothing to help since day oneWhen speaking to management they never mentioned we were getting charged for popcorn ceiling damageWe still have not received a breakdown of the charges they claimed would be mailed to us and now I see whyThe response from management is bogusSo, I want compensation for the ceiling ($130) and for the roaches they brought to my house ($50)They clearly made up a bunch of charges equaling the amount of my deposit for their own benefitI had no issues with paying extra for having to stay longer than we anticipated or the cleaning of the homeExplain to me why our payment history is relevant to this dispute? If we were ever late on rent is was because of the due date landed on a weekendAgain incompetent management don't even know how to handle a dispute in a professional mannerAbsolutely ridiculous! The OWNER of this property needs to be aware of how they are representing their propertyTrying to discredit us as tenants not only show their lack of professional but incompetency in managing a propertyThey should be emberassed! In result, I am asking for refund for ceiling accusations, roaches, blinds and damage to my furniture$ceiling damage from lack of care by management$roaches they brought to my home$blinds as that is wear and tear$refund!! I have receive your letter regarding the complain about one our previews resident here at La Roca Plaza, we are very sorry that she feel this way,  at time to sign the monthly rental agreement we explain to the the charges and they sign a addendum the move out cleaning instructions. We receive...

a 30 days notice to vacate the unit on June 3,2016 and mention the last day on the apartment will be on July 10,2016. After the third of the month they dint pay  rent and we post a 3-days notice to pay rent. During the last year they receive 3 notice of 3-days notices. We receive a check for the amount of $520.00 on July 13,2016, after several phone calls, we did not want them to go to lega. T hey was short, the rent for this apartment was $43.33 x 13= $563.29. I did understand he was moving and the cost was going to be very expensive and at the time of Mr. [redacted] bringing the check for $520.00 I mention the late fee and he dint said nothing. On Thursday July 13,2016 Mr. [redacted] knock my apartment door and mention he has to stay longer because he has issues with the rental truck. I agree and mention to him will be extra and I cannot help him any more. The [redacted] move out on July 16, 2016 late at night.   We dont charge for for the wear and tear of the apartment, but we do charge for the negligent and trash left behind, in this case I dint charge for the labor.This is how we brake the use of the $800.00 deposit. Regarding one of the children property is impossible the one kid can terrorize a property of one hundred units with close to 90 childrens in the property. We have cero tolerance on bullying and La Roca Plaza Apartments is a crime free multi-housing and drugs free, unfortunately not everybody like the house rules. The house rules is to protect our residents and our property.    $800.00 deposit  Rent $1300.00  Town home 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath, storage and patio and two parking space.1) unpaid rent from July 13, 2016 to July 16,2016 $173.222) Late Fee, $75.003) popcorn texture  on ceiling due to negligence $120.004) Drapes $75.00 5)Cleaning $150.006) Holes on wall, trash, mattress,and roaches infestation. $130.00Total of $798.22, we dint charge for the labor.
