I am not normally inclined to provide reviews or feedback but would like to express a positive review n L A RoofingAfter the October storm, we had a leaking roofIt was reported to my insurance co( ***) and they sent an inspectorThe column of claims probably provided opportunity for extra help, and essentially my claim was deniedFinally I decided to " bite the bullet" and got some estimates Luis at L A Roofing came by on time and provided a complete estimate firstNot sure if it was the cheapest or not, but he had extensive experience with working with ***He insisted that my initial claim was valid and that I should resubmit it The end result was that Luis walked me through the entire claim repair and my only out of pocket expense was my deductibleI even had the roof vent improvement thrown inI was very impressed with the entire roof repair project and feel grateful for the personal care and assistance that Luis providedOn a personal note, I am also glad that I learned in the business world to basically dismiss the 3-lower and higher scores on a site like Angie's listSome people rate too high, but there are some also who are basically unable to be satisfied or comprehend that weather /other factors can affect start or completion datesA small business loses money when they have rain delays so that surely should be planned for and accepted

La Roofing did my new roof and it is Great! I had them also do other remodeling ....siding, painting and ceiling repair and I am very pleased at their workI love the way they do business promptly and cleans up after their job

LA Roofing has completed major jobs for me The first job was to repair flood damage and do preventive work LA Roofing met with me and my husband (now deceased) and discussed needed work We subsequently accepted his bid LA Roofing installed new roof and painted the storm damaged room as well as put up bead board to replace the damaged ceiling We were exceedingly pleased with their work In a second job, they installed vinyl siding on the upper story of my house, replaced some windows and painted the shutters When the shutter color did not match the roof as planned, they repainted at no charge At that time, they also painted some roomsAgain, there work was outstanding, they cleaned up from the job really well In a third job after my husband's death, they painted inside rooms and redid a bathroom with bead-board walls All work was excellent and minor corrections were handled promptly

They were professional, fast and cleanI would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement

From the initial call for an estimate to the final walk through, Luis A[redacted] and his team were professional, punctual and made us feel like valued customers. The quality of their work was exceptional, they did an excellent job of cleaning up and Luis made sure we were 100% satisfied with the job. After observing LA Roofing's work, a neighbor asked about our experience. Without hesitation, we highly recommended them and we would do so again.

I would highly recommend LA Roofing to anyone! They are very professional, do excellent work and are more competitive than many other companies out there. They have been very accommodating and flexible on our house renovation due to unexpected changes outside of anyone's control. High quality work on the promised schedules.
