him to get to the pedicure chair and ask him if he want something to drinkThe foot bath is always cleaned with sanitized solution before and after usingAll utensils are put in a sani pouch and in a sanitizer equipment before using for customersThe UV exposure is good, tooIt's a brandname oneWe also disposable files and buffers for each personWe all here working in this business for a long timeEverybody are educated, professionals and skilledWe are always nice and happy to customersThat'e why we run this business here for about years but don't have any complaintMr*** *** had a pedicure and after weeks he called and said he was not satisfied and wanted a refundIf something happened to his toe like the color cracked and dripped, he should call us right away and can come anytime laterWe will redo it for himBut he said he didn't have a chance to callIt's not responsible because it just take a few minute to callI have a question, If you go to a restaurant for a dinner, and then after weeks you call the restaurant and tell them you are not satisfied with foods and customer servie there, and need money back? Is it make sense? We do good service her so that we have a lot of customers and stay good for yearsThis is my explanation about this complaintHowever, we will give him a refund as a courtesyWill we send a check for refund to you or to him( to his address)? All utensils are put in a sani pouch and in a sanitizer equipment before using for customers. The UV exposure is good, too. It's a brandname one. We also disposable files and buffers for each person. We all here working in this business for a long time. Everybody are educated, professionals and skilled. We are always nice and happy to customers. That'e why we run this business here for about 9 years but don't have any complaint. Mr. [redacted] had a pedicure and after 5 weeks he called and said he was not satisfied and wanted a refund. If something happened to his toe like the color cracked and dripped, he should call us right away and can come anytime later. We will redo it for him. But he said he didn't have a chance to call. It's not responsible because it just take a few minute to call.
