La Saj Salon

This company offers discounted services via Groupon. However, when you try to make an appointment using the Groupon, they give you bogus reasons why they cannot make the appointment and say they will call you back. They never do call back to make an appointment. They call back, and they do not say anything at all and you end up having to hang up because there is not anyone speaking on the other end. I believe this is done so that if they are called to task, they can pull telephone records and say they called you back.

These are the reasons I was given for not being able to make an appointment when I called:

1. "Our books are all messed up right now and we can't make an appointment until we get them fixed". 2. We have two other people who want appointments and we have to make their appointments first so we don't overbook.

These reasons make absolutely no sense. Especially #2 - you either make an appointment or you don't. What difference does it make if someone else needs an appointment. If you take my appointment, then don't book the other person when I am booked.

To date, I have not received a call back to actually make an appointment. The Groupon is a pay ahead type arrangement and it is very difficult to get a refund.

After this happened to me, I went online and started reading many reviews from others who had the same problem that I encountered. The business refused to make an appointment for the purchased services.

The owner in her “Prada” BMW is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. You would think as a woman you would want to uplift and encourage but the public display of immaturity that woman put on was horrendous. The disparaging word she spoke were unnecessary. Please be advised.

Horrible experience. Owner called 2 days before my appointment to say she over scheduled and blamed me for not giving her my Groupon code. I said you didn't ask kept arguing with me how she needed that to schedule which is why she over scheduled because she didn't ask. Then I was supposed to get a spa pedicure she said she had another appointment in 20 minutes so would start with polish and clipping toe nails and massage later. Then after polish she said didn't have time to finish and I could come back later if I wanted. It was pouring outside and she kept telling me how slippery the parking lot was and oily and then put the flip flops on me and warned me to be really careful cause you'll slide. She made me leave said she had to lock up 9 AM to do a massage. I said so you want to send me out with wet Polish to walk through puddles of water with slippery shoes on? She had told me 7 people fell that week in her lot.
She said yes I had to leave so she could lock up to do a massage.
Threw me out.. as I paid she got on the phone called someone and said 'she" better not give me a bad review. I'll find out where she lives and get even
Trying to intimidate me.not to share my experience. I wouldn't go there again if it was free. Horrible frustrating experience and very unprofessional owner who lies and blames everyone but herself.

on 3/2/18 I prepaid $194.00 on my *** card for services from La Saj Spa that were to be valid for 1 year.

On March 20. 2018 I received a facial chemical peel ( $97.20) which produced no results, after contacting the owner Carlitta R & sending her photos via texts that the peel was not effective, she refused to offer any solutions. I disputed the $97.20 with my *** card & their 6/11/18 decision ruled in my favor, I received a $97.20 adjustment.

I have contacted the owner of the salon to make appointments for the remaining services I paid for totaling $97.20, she has refused to schedule me & the last time she hung up on me saying " You're the one who reported me to Revdex.com , my Uncle is a big time lawyer, I'm going to sue you". I explained I never reported her to the Revdex.com but did dispute my *** card charge and she hung up on me.

I am requesting $97.20 returned to me.

My boyfriend treated me with a facial / massage combo as well as a manicure! I’m beyond Happy I came Ericka took care of all my services and she was so kind. Once I got my manicure the owner made me Hot peach tea herself then sat by my side and continued our out going conversation!

We moved back from California recently and found this "GEM"! Made us feel like we were back in Cali. Great Experience, Great Prices, Gorgeous Decor like something out of a magazine. Extremely Clean, smelled so good and My Husband & I not only bought everyone in our family packages for Christmas but we are now regulars ourselves.

I love my new Fiberglass nails. The owner herself did them. They are called the forever french nails with french. They other girl did my massage and waxing for me. All great services. Cute girls, Great Salon in North Olmsted and if it could get any better than this *** is in the same plaza!!

Found a salon that offers EVERYTHING! Not only beautiful establishment, gorgeous decor, Talent, Talent, Talent! Very Pleased with everything from top to bottom with this Salon. I really cannot say enough great things about the owner and her facility. I was treated so kindly and loved all of my services. This owner really knows how to pamper people! Highly Recommend this place to everyone!
