Hello,Your 100% satisfaction if very important to our SalònWe always make it by responding immediately to an unhappy client by accommodating by redoing there hair immediately.We have done everything we can by redoing her hair on a Sunday when we were closed My stylist asked her if she liked her hair and she was so thankful when she left that she had her picture takenI have attached the pic for referenceThe client stated that this was exactly what she wantedWe will not be able to refund because the client has received the service that she paid for and likes her hair

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]It's obvious that my satisfaction is not a priority to your salonThe girl that came in to do my color correction on her day off is literally scared of her bossShe stated that she does 1-color corrections for the salon a weekSo it's very clear that the salon is not experienced or know how to do colorShe said she had to provide her boss a before and after pictureI didn't choose to do itAnd in addition they put up a blue light that shines on you to make your hair look brighter than what it isI can send a pic of my hair and I haven't gone to get it redone somewhere else yet and it is way darker than thatMy color is still not correct but there is no way I am allowing this salon to touch my hair againI would like a full refund so that I can go somewhere is still get it correctedMy color is about different colors and they do not go togetherIt's brown, red, blonde, grayIt is embarrassing to be seen like thisI will not settle until I receive a full refund.Regards,*** ***
