I have made 3 attempts by email to speak with someone regarding a refund for an event I booked in January for July 17th 2020.
01/25/2020 I booked the Sepan hall for an event on July 17th 2020. I put a $*** deposit down. In March, the pandemic started and our state was given safer at home orders. Due to this I have not been able to make any arrangements or purchases for this event. Our household income has decreased due to the pandemic. I have reached out to the Vendor on 3 different occasions asking what options are available or what will happen with said event due to this pandemic. With the date being less than 2 months away and I have not had any response to my emails. I have requested a refund of my deposit. This is something outside of either of ours control. I ask that the business respond to me to discuss a full refund of my deposit as it is clear by state and county orders, an event this large will not be able to take place.
I am seeking a full refund of our deposit. I am unable to continue with this event due to the stay at home orders, my husbands work hours have been cut and we do not have the financial means to continue with this event. We were unable to properly prepare for this event due to the pandemic and stay at home orde .
The ambiance in Sepan Banquet Hall is amazing. The staff here are super friendly and food quality is excellent.
