I have called the payment system and I have proof that we charged only what we were supposed toI even called the banker who is in charge of the card, and they could not speak with me regarding her informationThere are bank cards given by
the government and their are fees on their end not on our endWe have the receipt for the amount charged to her account and she has a copy of the receiptShe said we are always stealing money and that is not trueWe have two locations and she had went to the downtown location stating the same thingMy wife tried to explain to her but she didn't acceptWe charged whatever we were supposed to we do not do thatWe have *** payment systems and they also told me that they did not know, and there was no tip addedWe do not adjust amounts unless tips are addedI called *** and they stated there was no tip added, and said it was only the transaction amountI asked them for proof of what they were saying and that's when they brought the receiptsShe started off very kind and then began to get very upsetHer credit card company, or whoever issued the card, and I called and explained to them we do not need keep the card number only the last digitsI have to go through everything and identify myself with security info so they can tell me the full numberI called the bank who issued the card and they could not help me because I am not the customerI just wanted to them to tell me if they charge additional fees on the card, and she could call the charge card company they could speak to her
