We were sent out to *** ***'s house to perform restoration services -- We have a signed contract and a Certificate of Statisfaction signed and the items that were taken from her house were inventoried in her house and she signed the inventory sheets that allowed us to take the items she
said we were not authorized to take -- That being said we returned the items she did not want restored -- The original bill was $ 6,and we took off the cleaning charges on those returned items of $ 2,making the bill 4,This is a restoration job not dry cleaning -- The beaded dresses etcwere processed according to the care labels and according to the contract signed by *** *** that is our responsibility and can not be held liable for garments that can not withstand the carelabeling -- We inspect the clothes before delivering and we did not see such damge and this complaint is the first we heard of thisWe realize this is a hard when someone has to go through this that is why we make sure everything is explained and the customer signs the contracts and the inventories before we leave the house -- This was done for *** ***. I am rejecting this response because: The clothes were finally returned but they did not need special attention, which is the excuse the company is giving for their poor service and lack of communication while the clothes were missing. The company also never emailed me. They had a driver text me after he delivered the missing clothes. Worst customer service ever. I have my clothes back, but will never patronize this company again.
