We apologize for not responding back to [redacted]'s complaint sooner.
After reviewing her account, I do see that she purchased 5 tanning session back in mid August. Accidentally the employee working sold them under another customers account....

It took a few days but the tans were added to [redacted]'s account by management on 8/18/15.
Unfortunately we did close down the location that [redacted] was using at the time.
We do have a no refund policy so we are unable to issue a refund back to her. I do see that she used one of her 5 tans on 10/15/15 at our [redacted] Rd. salon. All I can do is add an additional 5 tans to her account for the inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution has not yet been resolved. I have spoken to [redacted] from L.A.Tan and she informed me that I will be receiving a refund of $43.99 to my account this week. But since I was wrongfully charged on a bank account I was going to close the bank charged me $35 as well. So I should receive at total of 78.99. I called my owner and left him a message but have not heard anything back on this matter.

Store manager contacted him today 10/10/16. He explained all sales are final and 2 bulbs out wouldn't make a difference and offered him an in store credit. Manager stated customer accepted the terms and in-store credit. We believe issue has been resolved.
