Hello [redacted] ,My name is [redacted] from the LA Tan Corporate OfficeI want to start off by apologizing for the issue that you are experiencing with your account.Unfortunately our Corporate office cannot issue a refund from our end as this location is a franchise owned salonAll I am able to do is reach out to the salon manager and owner about this issue and to get them to refund the money from the location.Again I sincerely apologize for this issue dragging out and not being resolved soonerThank you, [redacted] LA TAN Corporate
