La Thai Uptown

Review: I went to La Thai restaurant on 11/12/13 with some friends to eat dinner. We split the bill three ways. However, since I did not eat as much food, we decided that they would pay the entire tip. Therefore, I didn't add a tip to my bill. My receipt shows that I authorized $34.83; however, when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $42.83. I called La Thai and left messages on an answer machine for management on 11/15/13 and 11/19/13. I have not received a return call from La Thai. I am upset that my card was charged for more money than I authorized. However, I am also appalled that a manager has not returned my phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like a manager from La Thai to respond to my phone call and refund the money.
