I had an issue with being charged for a product that I was unaware of and when I attempted to reverse the transaction the same day of purchase, I was told they were unable to fulfill this requestThey staff members were unable to give me any tracking information, however ensured my package had been sentI called twice and he second time I asked to speak with a manger, the call taker took my information and proceeded to ask about my situation, when I again asked for a manager or someone of authority he lied and told me there was no one else, I asked if he was in charge he said no, I again asked to speak to someone of authority which I was then placed on hold for approximately minutesThe call tanger got back on the line and stated the manager was busy but told the call taker my only option was to send the package to receive my refundThe manager didn't even have the decency to give me time of day to speak with me about my issue/concernIt's terrible customer service
Nutrition ran a "sale" where you received a day supply of their chocolate shake plus a few other items for a good price What Nutrition did, however, was show a picture of their NEW shake, which is plant based and dairy free, but sent out their discontinued shake, which is not plant based and contains dairyWhen I called them out on their obvious bait and switch, they would only refund me if I paid to ship the product back to themTERRIBLE customer service and a shady deal all together
They offer a sample that you pay shipping and handling then they charge your bank account $and refuse to stop the payment or let you speak to someone else no matter what they just keep trying to get you to keep the product over and over no matter what you say
I tried 310 Nutrition free sample, "Just pay shipping". I receive my my free shaker cup and sample a few days later. After 14 days my card is charged $128 dollars. After hassling with the company calling and email I finally figure out that I missed the fine print. If you don't respond to them they automatically enroll you and see you their poor excuse for a shake mix every month and that's where the $128 charge came from. Now I have to pay a restocking fee and shipping back to them. This is a very un ethical business practice. Although not illegal, it isn't ethical by any means.
I'm leaving this review because I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Read the fine print!!
Just wanted to warn consumers to read all the fine print before ordering from this terrible company! I was coaxed into believing I was ordering a FREE Sample! Boy was I wrong! They get you by having you pay 4.00 for shipping..They automatically enroll you in monthly subscription which comes to roughly 130.00 they automatically withdraw and auto ship the garbage drink mix to you!!! They are extremely rude customer service, it took DAYS to get them to finally agree to refund my money! I was out 30.00 that I had to speND to ship and re ship their trash!! NEVER again will this horrible company get a cent off of me! BEWARE EVERYONE!
