L.A. Tire Shop

On 6/24/I visit L.Atires $ wheels, which is located in [redacted] and buy new tires, whit a guarantee of 50,miles, the mileage of the car was 164614, 11/19/I felt something in one of the tires so take the car to a tire shop, to solve the problem, the manager remove the tire, called me and showed me, that the tire had a big ball, and told me, that line was not useful, it was a discontinued tire, and that possibly to the others would happen the same to the other I went to the place where I bought them, talk to Mr [redacted] , who owns the place, I explained the problem, and he told me that he could not do anything, the owner was annoyed, and told me, out of his business

Bought tires great deal so had alignment brakes and oil change all at great prices and done quickly They have locations now and a new website http://www.cheaptireintucson.info/

I asked for 15" rims for nissan pathfinder, was given 16" rims for Nissan ExteraMy fiance called and they said they would refund our money Went there the next morning, the owner has the money come back in a few hours Went back, he said it's posted everywhere no refunds but he would write out a checkHowever his accountant has the checkbookIt would be another hour I didn't have time to wait around, gave him my fiance's name and numberWent back the next day, call the owner the employee saidCalled him from different numbers, left a few messages, still hasn't returned any calls The receipt says: This product is sold as isLA Tires & Wheels not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage resulting from defect, in purchased of a used tire Yes I signed this as I didn't buy tiresI bought rimsHowever, I did not get what I asked for and ended up having to buy new rims elsewhere

Went to have repaired and they said month after, I give them the car paid up front for parts car was totalled all parts where missing seats, dash, all interior was gone was called names by and told to leave they pulled trans, a lot parts missing when I had it towed home

Bought all new tires in August ftom LA Tires on Mission and then drove to their location on 6th Ave for a front end allignmentNoticed lug nut was missing from front left tire in September Did not have time to go back for various reasonsFinally went back on October 14, Talked to the employee on 6th Ave and asked if they can replace the lug nutHis response was he didn't do it and I had to talk to the worker that didHe said it was a lot of work because the stud was also missingSo I told him the workmanship was guaranteed with the new tire installationHe said "NO" and gave us his bosses business card and said good luckHe was rudeI asked for his name and he told me his first, middle name, last name and DOB and born here in the United StatesSo we drove to their shop on Mission and the guy said he was a new employee
