MsYanonne whom paid for this chain since she has an eBay account and I don't have one paid by credit card not by PayPal accountShe did not receive a credit of any kind to her account on or around Nov 7th in the amount of dollarsWe are more than willing to provide the information to MsYanonne which is in fact the mailing address on the receipt for the chains so that you can confirm this informationThis company is obviously not being truthful. Thanks ***

While I understand the frustration that Jesse may have I do not believe it is an issue we can help out with He was not the individual who made the purchase *** *** is the one listed on our system as the buyer which took place June 16th, In addition our listing clearly states that you should check the tensile strength of any chain you buy This chain is rated at lbs and not intended for higher cc motorcycles and certainly not ones with extended swing arms Our return policy is days from purchase We were contacted in November, over days after purchase requesting a refund We did provide 50% refund at that time as a courtesy to the customer Based on the facts that the customer was trying to use the product outside its limits and the initial contact with us was outside our return policy timeline, I do not believe any action on our part is needed.While we are very sorry that this happened, I can not take responsibility to customers who do not investigate their needs before they buy, especially when they are customizing bikes.*** ***
